How it works
Images generated with AI (e.g. via Google) carry an embedded C2PA Content Credential signed by the provider. We read that signature locally and show whether each file declares AI generation, who signed it, and if the signature is intact. If the credential was stripped or the image was re-encoded, it may not be detected.
